Melody Bishop and Dennis Kelley are chefs specializing in local and seasonal cuisine. Their product rotates seasonally to reflect the freshest ingredients and flavors available. They focus on organic, sustainable, local ingredients when possible bringing clean, beautiful, great tasting food with balanced flavors to your table and palate. Their focus is on showing customers their favorite foods, bringing each person the experience of eating what they would eat, enjoy, love.
While working on opening their own restaurant, Bishop & Kelley began making jams and sauces for friends. They decided to start packaging it for holiday gifts and it took off from there. The line is now sold in several retail shops around town and online. They love making jams and sauces to bottle because you can then enjoy the bright flavors of summer in January or tart, citrus marmalade in the heat of the summer.
